Villa Miya del Sol is located in an exclusive urbanization, nestled in the Orotava Valley, just 4km from Puerto de la Cruz, Loro Parque, 1 km from the historical-artistic complex of Villa de la Orotava and 500m from the Humboldt Viewpoint.
From the villa you can walk to supermarkets, pharmacies and cafes. It has a bus stop very close, and with a car, you can access the highway that surrounds the entire island of Tenerife in one minute.
Our villa was built taking into account the sunrise and sunset. That is why all its rooms are bathed in the sun, from when it rises over the mountains until it sets over the sea.
Its decoration conveys personality, since the paintings on display were painted by a Canarian artist, and all the iron constructions of the house were designed by a Canarian craftsman, with the intention of creating rooms in the villa taking advantage of the terrain, landscape and climate.
The living room, the kitchen and the terrace suspended in the air, enjoy the sunset, the sea and the Teide.
The pool is heated and enjoys absolute privacy. In the garden area you can enjoy the relaxing sound of the water from the cascading fountain, while you lie down on the chaise lounge located next to it.
The barbecue is traditional wood-burning, and in this area there is a kitchen and an outdoor dining room with everything you need to enjoy daytime or nighttime evenings.
The villa has a garage space at the same height as the main floor.
Checking: from 4:00 p.m. Check out: until 11:00 am.
Extra check-out hours can be agreed with the property, paying in cash, at a rate of 10 euros per hour.
You can check in earlier than established, with prior agreement with the property, at no extra cost.
It is totally prohibited to hold events and parties inside the town. The entry of people outside the reservation is completely prohibited during the stay.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. For this there are areas set up outside.
Pets are not allowed in this villa.
